• Account & sign-in data — name, email, and (if you sign in with Google) your basic Google profile and email address.
• Fan & comedian sign-ups — name, email, phone, social handles, city, seat preferences, comedy experience, clips, photos, and any notes you submit.
• Ticket & merch orders — items purchased, order details, and billing information processed by our payment provider.
• Membership data — your tier, renewal dates, and benefit usage.
• Sponsor & venue inquiries — company details, contact info, and the messages you send us.
• Audience participation — votes, feedback, ratings, and waitlist entries.
• Recorded media — audio, video, photographs, and likeness captured at our live filmed shows (see Filming & Likeness below).
• Automatic data — approximate location from your IP address, device/browser info, and basic usage analytics.

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To process ticket purchases, merch orders, and memberships, and to deliver order confirmations.
• To manage show bookings, waitlists, comedian rosters, payouts, and the live experience.
• To send you show announcements, waitlist alerts, special-guest notifications, and other updates you've opted into.
• To produce, broadcast, and promote our recurring show, including on YouTube and social media.
• To respond to fan, comedian, sponsor, and venue inquiries.
• To improve the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.

Payments for tickets, merch, and memberships are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information solely to create and authenticate your FBK account. We do not access your Google contacts, files, or any other Google data, and we do not sell this information.

Our shows are filmed in front of a live audience and published as a recurring series on YouTube and other platforms. If you attend, you may be captured on camera. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you acknowledge that your image, voice, and likeness may be recorded and used in our broadcasts, clips, and marketing. See our Terms of Service for the full audience release.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics).
• Platforms where our show is published, where recorded show footage appears.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
• You can manage cookie preferences through your browser and our cookie banner.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Minors may only attend shows in accordance with venue policies and with a parent or guardian where required.
