Funny Bomb Kill (FBK) is looking for Camera Operators for the crew.
FBK is a filmed show. What we shoot on Sunday is what the whole world sees.

THE JOB
You're on a camera during the live show:
- —Shooting stand-up clean — locked frames, right exposure, performer in frame the whole set.
- —Low-light work. Comedy rooms are dark. You keep the picture clean anyway.
- —Crowd reactions and wide room shots.
- —Walk-on and walk-off moments.
- —Backstage and pre-show content with the rest of the crew.
- —Knowing when a moment is about to become a clip — before it happens.
THE CAMERAS HAVE PERSONALITY
You're not a tripod.
We have multiple cameras for a reason. If you see something funny happening in the room — a face, a reaction, a moment you know is about to become a clip — go get it. Zoom in. Make the choice that gets the laugh.
The camera crew are characters of this show, same as the host, the announcer, and the lighting op. Your eye becomes part of FBK's personality.
CHEMISTRY REHEARSALS
Before the show ever hits its stride, we're all getting together — camera, audio, lighting, host, everyone — and doing chemistry rehearsals.
Learning each other. Learning the show's rhythm. Figuring out who catches what.
(And no — we are not going to spit into each other's mouths to build trust. We're just joking. ...Okay. We're just joking.)
Don't stress the rehearsal part. It's really just the crew hanging out and getting good together.
WHO WE WANT
Someone who:
- —Knows exposure, focus, and composition without thinking about them.
- —Is calm in a live environment — there are no do-overs.
- —Can work sticks, handheld, whatever the shot needs.
- —Wants to shoot with personality, not just coverage.
- —Is dependable. The show is Sunday. Every Sunday.
Owns gear? Bonus. Don't own gear? We'll build it together.
