FBK is a recurring stand-up comedy show — a cross between a late-night show and a game show — performed live in front of an audience and published as an ongoing series on YouTube. New episodes air every Sunday at 5 PM, with a monthly "Killers Row" special. We produce our own events, manage our own comedian roster, sell our own merch, and run our own membership program.

Tickets to FBK shows are sold exclusively on funnybombkill.com.

We are the only authorized seller of tickets to our events. Any ticket offered for an FBK show on any other website, marketplace, reseller, or third-party event platform is not official, not authentic, and will not be honored or accepted at our venues. We are not responsible for, and will not provide refunds or entry for, tickets purchased anywhere other than our official Site. To guarantee a valid ticket, always buy directly from funnybombkill.com.

Our shows are recorded in front of a live audience for broadcast and publication as a recurring series on YouTube and other platforms. Cameras, microphones, and lighting are part of every show.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, you understand and agree that:

• You may be filmed, photographed, and recorded, including your image, voice, reactions, and likeness.
• You grant FBK an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to record, use, reproduce, broadcast, and distribute your image, voice, and likeness in any media now known or later developed, including episodes, clips, trailers, and promotional and marketing materials, without further notice or compensation.
• If you participate as an audience "Wildcard" performer or otherwise take the stage, this release also covers your performance.
• If you do not wish to be filmed, please do not attend, as we cannot guarantee any seat will be off-camera.

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event. If an event is canceled by us, we will provide a refund or rebooking option.
• Tickets are for the specified date, show, and venue and are non-transferable except as we expressly allow.
• Waitlist entries do not guarantee a ticket; availability is offered on a first-come basis when seats open up.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is disruptive, abusive, or violates venue rules.

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment provider until canceled. Member benefits (such as included shows, waitlist priority, discounts, and notifications) are subject to availability and may change over time. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and benefits continue through the end of your current billing period.

Merch is sold through our Site and processed by our payment provider. Product availability, pricing, and shipping details are described at checkout. Issues with an order should be reported to us through the contact options on the Site.

Comedian bookings, sponsorships, and venue partnerships are subject to separate agreements and our approval. Submitting an application or inquiry through the Site does not create a binding arrangement. Comedian payouts, where applicable, are governed by the terms communicated to performers directly.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up or purchasing.

The FBK name, logo, show format, episodes, footage, graphics, and content are owned by FBK or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.

Attendees must follow all venue rules and staff instructions. We may deny entry, remove attendees, or cancel access without refund for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or unlawful.

The Site and our shows are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FBK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your attendance at a show, or tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or attendance at our shows after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
