THE JOB
You build FBK's presence online:
- —Capturing pre-show and post-show — the moments that never make the stage but make the brand.
- —Cutting clips the same night, while the energy is hot.
- —Building the FBK voice — captions, formats, recurring bits.
- —Working with the backstage reporter and camera crew to turn the show into content.
- —Knowing which 30 seconds of a 2-hour show becomes the clip everybody sees.
WHO WE WANT
Someone who:
- —Has an eye for the moment a clip is born.
- —Is fast. Same-night turnaround doesn't scare you.
- —Gets comedy — what's funny, what's a bit, what's a moment.
- —Wants to build a presence from zero, with us, in our voice.
- —Is comfortable experimenting. Not every post lands. That's fine.
